Healthy atta laddu recipe for kids
Homemade food is always better for kids but its very hard to make them EAT.
I always try my best to cook different cuisines at home and experiment with food. Today, I am going to share "Atta ka laddu" with you. I bet your kids will love this delicacy. So, what are we waiting for? Let's go ahead...
For Atta ka laddu, we need:
First of all take a deep frying pan(kadhai).
Pour in desi ghee. Switch on the burner. Pour in the wheat flour to ghee. Take a big spoon and roast the flour on low flame. Keep on roasting for approximately 10 to 15mins till it is golden brown. You can smell the nice fragnance of desi ghee and flour now. Add choti elaichi to this mixture. Off the flame now.
Let the mixture cool down for 15 mins.

- Sugar(powdered)
- Pure desi ghee
- Dry fruits( almonds, cashew, kismish)
- Cardamom ( choti elaichi)

In the mean time, with the help of knife cut dry fruits in small pieces.
Take sugar in the blender and crush it.

Now add the chopped dry fruits to the atta mixture. Keep on mixing. Finally its time to add sugar. Keep mixing again.
Now, wet your palms with little water and make round balls. Yahoo! Laddu's are ready.
