Tips to make Meal time Fun time.


I know it's a very tedious task to feed your child. Kids are always ready with excuses for not eating. As a mom, I always try to experiment to cook something appealing yet yummy for my kids. Today, I am going to share some tips and tricks to help you feed your baby in an easier way.
Some basic thumb rules that I follow are:


  • Don't force your child to eat. Make food time fun time. It's completely ok if your child refuses to eat. Keep patience and try feeding after sometime.










  • Toddlers love eating khichdi (mix of dal and rice) or dalia (porridge). While cooking, add some vegetables and mash them properly so that they will not come to know. This will add the goodness of veggies.


  • Use your creativity to decorate and present the food so that it looks good. Try making smiley with ketchup. 


  • Some moms believe that their child will not get the necessary nutrients if he/ she will not drink milk. This is a myth. Your child can get the nutrients of milk even if he/she eats paneer, cheese, curd, eggs, butter.

  • You are your child's role-model. Your child will follow you at whatever you do so start eating healthy before you teach your child the same.
